The advantages of the UNITAC-70 scaffolding are particularly evident in straight house facades. After erecting and aligning the lowest scaffolding level, erecting the scaffolding levels above is quick and uncomplicated. This is due to the simple plug-in system of the diagonal braces and back guardrailings, which are hanged into self-locking tilt pins and can therefore be mounted without tools. This system makes it unnecessary realign the following scaffolding levels. Inserting the scaffolding decks into the round bolts of the vertical frames has a self-stiffening effect and prevents them from slipping.

The Unitac quick-assembly scaffolding is approved by the German Institute for Building Technology under number Z-8.1-979. The conformity of the manufactured products with the approval is guaranteed through the monitoring of an independent company.

The Unitac facade scaffolding has been approved by the German Institute for Building Technology in Berlin under the approval number Z-8.1-979 for standard design up to 24 meters, plus possible spindle extension.
